Refund Policy

Service renewals are not refundable. Purchased licenses cannot be frozen or refunded. Please ask all questions before purchasing. Accounts and licenses may be transferred, and this responsibility belongs entirely to the customer.

Licenses can only be used on the ordered IP address and cannot be used on a different IP. One IP change is available per month. Users who have used their IP change right cannot request a refund. If the support team approves, a second IP change may be allowed within one month.

Refund rights may apply for unresolved license-related issues, as stated in the service agreement.

A refund may be requested if an unresolved issue occurs in server optimization service. The applied settings are rolled back before the refund is processed.

For refund requests, customers must submit their request with account information and support records if the reported issue cannot be resolved. Refunds are processed according to the payment method and applicable bank/provider rules.
